love it! We actually started having our kids say "thank you" (for your apology or saying sorry) after someone apologizes. That way they don't feel like they have to accept the fact that it is "ok"- seems to make it easier after being hit or something to say thank you than saying "it's ok", especially since we have a few who will argue the fact that it ISN"T OK!!! :)
