wrapping paper, scrapbook paper, old christmas cards, gift bags...
all those little pieces of paper that are sitting around, (or being thrown away)....repurpose them into a pretty little garland...
so simple.....a large circle punch and some thread......
Idea came from this great little etsy designer.
Inexpensive, fun, pretty.... I like it!
